Air-Time Indoor FAQs
Q: Can I request certain inflatables for my childs party?
A: I'm sorry but for Air-Time to be able to supply such a great party at an affordable price the inflatables can not be changed by request unless you are doing a lock in or slumber party.
Q: How do I schedule an Air-Time indoor party?
A: It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time!
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
Q: How many guests can I invite?
A: You may invite up to 24 guests. The birthday child and all adults (18 and over) play for free and are not included in the guest count. We also have custom programs available for other special occasions.
Q: What if I have more than 24 guests?
A: Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest over the number included in your party package. If you are inviting more than thirty guests, please let us know at least 7 days prior to the date of your party.
Q: Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?
A: There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers.
Q: What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
A: We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and video viewing. Please try not to arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be another group in the lobby.
Q: Do I need to stay at the party?
A: The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Q: Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
A: For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Air-Time or online.
Q: Are socks required?
A: For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
Q: What type of safety instruction is provided?
A: We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Air-Time safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
Q: Will Air-Time provide supervision in the play area?
A: Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable arena(s) so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Q: Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
A: In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
Q: Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena(s)?
A: We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s).
Q: Will there be an Air-Time staff member available to assist me in the party room?
A: Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
Q: Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
A: You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Q: Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
A: Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
Q: Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
A: Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Q: Can I bring food to my party?
A: You may bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream, prepackaged dry snacks, pizza and candy to your party.
Q: Can I bring in my own drinks?
A: Yes, but no food or drinks in the inflatable area.
Q: Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
A: If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please).
Q: What if I need to reschedule my party?
A: To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry - no exceptions).
Q: Do I have to know my head count when I reserve my party?
A: No, you can pay for any extra kids the day of your party.
Q: Can we just come in and play?
A: You are welcome to come in to play during our scheduled "open bounce" times. Please see our schedule in the left column for more information.
Q: What age kids does Air-Time indoor accommodate?
A: We hold Birthday Parties for kids ages 3 to 12 at this facility on scheduled days, Toddlers no younger than 3 years can go on the inflatables during birthday parties. We would gladly accommodate after hours parties for younger or older kids. Call for info.

Open for scheduled parties or a group of 20 or more people.
For groups smaller than 20 people a $100.00 minimum is required to reserve a time slot.
